Functions

CallGives you
saved(start, cost/period, [end])Money not spent since you cancelled, accruing every second.
deposit(amount, rate, start, [term], [compounding])Value of a deposit. Without a compounding word it uses simple interest, as most term deposits paid at maturity do. Interest counts actual days over 365. Takes daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly or cont. It stops growing at the end of the term.
earned(pay/period, start, [days], [hours])Gross pay. Without a schedule it runs around the clock. With one it only runs during those hours, so a salary is spread over them. Pay per hour is counted per worked hour.
loan(amount, rate, start, repayment/period)Remaining balance and payoff date, modelling interest and repayments as continuous. Real statements will differ by a little.
goal(target, saving/period, start, [already])Savings progress and the date you reach the target.
inflation(amount, rate, start)What it takes today to match an old amount at a steady yearly rate.
meeting(people, pay/period, start, [end])Cost of everyone's time. Salaries assume a 38-hour week.
since(date) until(date)Elapsed or remaining time, in calendar years, months and days.
steps(start, period)Whole periods completed, on calendar dates when the period is mo or yr. Useful for billing cycles.
money(x) dur(x)Show any calculation as money or as a duration in seconds.
